E-Learning Content – If you record trainings, webinars, and other videos, you can upload them into your GoSignMeUp account and then manage access to them. Track who has accessed it and whether they finished viewing it. There can even be a test associated with the video.
Test Management – With automated scoring, means you can manage registration, attendance tracking, and testing outcomes all in the same spot. All information is automatically tied to the participant’s record.
Event Content Testing – Direct students to the testing component even if the topic of the testing resides in another environment, such as in-person training or an LMS. Participants can either be automatically directed to the test page following registration, or later when they have been marked as attended in the system.
Texting – When training or other programs experience last-minute changes, immediate communication with attendees is essential. Many participants will read a text message much more quickly than the same message received via email. GoSignMeUp offers a text messaging option for class and event updates.
Simplified Learning Plan – Create learning plan requirements by entering the parameters into the system. Those parameters might be a certain number of CEUs, assigned courses for new employees or a combination of training hours, specific courses or other requirements that make sense for your organization and your program’s participants. Monitor progress through reporting.
Registrant File Upload – If you’re required to keep registrant documents like medical release forms and other paperwork on file, they can quickly become cumbersome to manage. Learning Stream’s registrant file upload module offers a convenient, efficient means for registrants to upload files during the registration process.
