We would like to inform you about new features that have been added to your GoSignMeUp online registration software program. If you are a technical support subscriber, you will be able to run your check for updates and receive these upgrades at not additional cost.

NEW FEATURES

Online Help Guide – Recently we revised our online help guide to reflect many of the latest upgrades and enhancements made to GoSignMeUp and add on modules. The help guide can be viewed when you log in as administrator of your GoSignMeUp program. At the top of your screen is a grey menu area. Click on the “Help” link to view the online guide. If you have further requests for the online help guide please email them to us by going to our Request Page.

Re-Occurring Meetings – In order to help meet your re-occurring meeting needs we have developed a feature that allows you to duplicate the course roster at the same time as duplicating a course. This will also allow you to take attendance at the end of each meeting date.

When you log in as administrator, go to courses and choose duplicate a course. You can duplicate the course only by clicking on the blue link that indicates the name of the course. Next to the blue link is a red link that indicates “Duplicate Both Course And Roster”. When you click on the red link this will duplicate the course and anyone on the roster for that course including the wait list.

You will need to change the date of the course then the course will appear on the public home page for registration if seats are available.

Shopping/Checkout Cart Images – You now have the ability to upload and customize the shopping and checkout cart images that are seen through out the check out process. To upload new images log in as administrator and go to System Configuration. Choose the option under Public Management “Header/Footer/Logos/Phone Number”. Scroll down to the area that indicates “Cart Empty/Enroll Button/Sign Up Button Image”. You can click on choose file to upload a new graphic. Please remember the image will need to be in JPEG format.

NEW MODULE


Online Evaluation Module We are excited to announce we have released our new Online Evaluation Module. The Evaluation Module will allow you to collect evaluations for each course and collect statistical information. Some of the many features include:

Default survey for all courses, unlimited customized surveys (one per course), make surveys required, password protect a survey, analyze results of a course survey and analyze results across surveys.
