Orders
With GoSignMeUp you have the unique ability to run free classes, fee-based classes or a combination of the two. The searchable orders report area gives you complete reporting on orders, payments, payment status (i.e. paid in full or payment pending) and other order-related details.
Partial Payments
What happens if a student doesn't pay in full by credit card? GoSignMeUp allows you to add "partial payments" to the standard payment types (such as credit cards, checks, PayPal, purchase orders and budget transfers). To manage partial payments you’ll be able to select the amount, type of payment and modify the order area for each transaction.
Transcripts
Administrators or students can login to a student’s account and pull a complete transcript of every class that student has taken in the system. This can be done by a date range and include instructor, course name, dates and grade. A printable PDF file with your logo included into the design is automatically generated.
Other Reporting
Analyze your data for marketing, cost analysis and other specific uses. Some of the many available reports include reporting by department/school, daily accounting report, how did you hear about us, registration numbers, category reporting, grades and more.
Ad-hoc Reporting
While there are a wide variety of reporting tools built into the system, there may be times when you need to pull other data sets for your specific needs. With the ad-hoc reporting tool you can work in real time from within the web administration to create custom .csv exports from your user-defined reports.
