With GoSignMeUp you have the unique ability to run free classes, fee-based classes or a combination of the two. The searchable orders report area gives you complete reporting on orders, payments, payment status (i.e. paid in full or payment pending) and other order-related details.
What happens if a student doesn't pay in full by credit card? GoSignMeUp allows you to add "partial payments" to the standard payment types (such as credit cards, checks, PayPal, purchase orders and budget transfers). To manage partial payments you’ll be able to select the amount, type of payment and modify the order area for each transaction.
Administrators or students can login to a student’s account and pull a complete transcript of every class that student has taken in the system. This can be done by a date range and include instructor, course name, dates and grade. A printable PDF file with your logo included into the design is automatically generated.
